Tai Chi in the Park!

Tai Chi is a fun way of reducing stress through slow gently-moving motions. It is sometimes described as ‘meditation in motion’. Come join us for Tuesday evenings on the Hudson – at Highland Landing Park, Highland NY. You must be a park member to participate – but joining is easy!
